Straight talking about my day is getting boring, let’s try to actually write more.

I’ve never been the type to take credit for everything I do. I do have a big head at times though. Yet I stay quiet, tucked behind everyone else while I’m here just doing my job, making sure my Wingmen are doing everything correctly. I don’t need a title, or a nice rope on my uniform to let everyone know what I’m doing. At the end of everyday, I know I’m a good Airman, looking out for others and doing whatever the hell I have to do. It’s my job. Too many people here get too comfortable and forget everything we learned back in basic. I try my best to keep things straight without being a dick. That, isn’t my job. Which is why I’ve constantly contemplated if I even want to become an airman leader. They put you out there with a rope on your shoulder, when really you’re just there to set an example, and do a little extra work to make sure this squadron is running smoothly. Which is what I’ve been doing for these past two months. These past few days my name has been coming up more upon the sergeants, but I even passed up the class last week so someone else could grab their rope. I guess we’ll just see how things go over these next few weeks, and keep doing what I’m doing. That’s the best way I can look at this. I’ll end with that. Cheers.
