psd. school. shit.

Got a B+ on out Unit 4 test yesterday. I was really aiming for an A, so it kind of put me down. My speaking is horrible, mainly how I use my grammar, but I’ll get that up by the next test. I was in such a bad mood after I saw my grade, my teacher was lecturing us about how far we’ve come. She said, “Look how much you can do after just two months!” I gave her a mad smirk and said, “not enough apparently..” She gave me a death stare, sorta smirk, hah. Five minutes before this, her and another teacher were having a conversation about their lunch in our language. I jumped in while I was just sitting there doing my work and asked, “Did you just say…” and basically translated their conversation to the class. After that stare, she said, “Did you not just understand the conversation me and Ashraf were having?” I smiled. I realized how fast they were actually talking, and how much of it I could really understand. That made me feel a bit better, but this past test just motivated me more. I was stoked to go to study hall later, where another I practiced speaking for almost an hour straight. Paul sahab said that if I keep doing this, in two months it’ll be no problem. Coi gal neh.
